Welcome to Manuel and Partners (“the firm”). By requesting vetting clearance, submitting operational data, or entering into a formal advisory agreement with the Firm, you (“the Client” or “the Applicant”) agree to be bound strictly by the following institutional protocols and terms of engagement.
1. Scope of Private Advisory & Diagnostics Services
Manuel and Partners provides private, software-accelerated project auditing, high-velocity data validation, and custom operational bottleneck diagnostics.
- All engagement deliverables, audit metrics, and architectural strategies are delivered directly to the Client via a private, sand-boxed client portal.
- The firm does not guarantee public market outcomes, retail growth metrics, or external commercial distribution. Our services are strictly internal operational optimizations.
2. Strict Intake & Vetting Frameworks
Access to the Firm’s operational capacity is strictly limited and gated by a manual . multistage vetting process.
- The submission of an application through the online portal does not constitute acceptance or form a contractual advisory relationship.
- The Firm reserves the absolute right to refuse vetting clearance, reject applications, or terminate on-boarding discussions at any stage without disclosing the underlying validation metrics or reasoning.
3. Mutual Confidentiality & Ghost Protocol
Both the Firm and the Client acknowledge that operational speed, data formatting, and diagnostic strategies constitute propriety intellectual assets.
- Client Confidentiality: The Firm will never publicly publish , index, or showcase client metrics, corporate names, or project data. All data paths are heavily sand-boxed and isolated from public large language models or external indexing vectors
- Firm Confidentiality: The Client agrees that all diagnostic delivery frameworks, pricing structures, invoicing parameters, and communications received during vetting or active execution remain strictly confidential. Public reproduction, copying, or sharing of the Firm’s internal processes is an immediate breach of contract.
4. Enterprise Financial & Invoicing Terms
Engagement tiers are billed on a fixed-fee, contractual basis as specified during the secure Microsoft Teams validation session.
- Billing Tiers: Services are rendered under three strict operational capacity brackets: Essential (£2,199/month), Advanced (£2,999/month), and Strategic (£3,799/month).
- Payment Clearance: All custom operational delivery pipelines deploy instantly upon manual invoice clearance via our designated corporate payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).
- Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke allocation of data architecture bandwidth and rapid turnaround delivery schedules, all cleared invoice funds are completely final and non-refundable.
5. Termination of Active Streams
Either party may terminate an active diagnostic stream with 15 days written corporate notice. Upon termination , access keys to the secure project hub will be revoked, and all pending data inputs within the sandbox environment will be securely purged.
