Manuel & Partners (“the Firm”) operates a highly secure, restricted-access operational advisory ecosystem. We recognize that the operational data, web URLs, and corporate parameters provided to us by applicants and clients constitute highly sensitive business intelligence. This document outlines our ironclad architecture for data isolation, sandboxing, and absolute privacy.
1. Data Minimization & Portal Intake Shielding
When you request vetting clearance through our portal, the transmission of your corporate parameters (Full Name, Work Email, Contact Number, and Website URL) is protected via end-to-end encrypted protocols.
- We collect this data strictly for identity verification, organizational due diligence, and to mitigate corporate espionage or competitive spoofing.
- Unverified applications or entities that fail our intake thresholds are completely purged from our active records within 48 hours of rejection.
2. Absolute Sandbox Isolation (No AI Training)
We maintain a strict zero-leak infrastructure regarding client workflows and operational bottlenecks.
- No External LLM Indexing: Any data, logs, or operational parameters analyzed during your diagnostic stream are kept in heavily sandboxed, isolated repositories. We strictly prohibit the exposure of client data to public large language models, external machine learning training sets, or public search engines.
- Zero Cross-Contamination: Your proprietary data architectures are entirely siloed. No metric or bottleneck analysis from your firm is ever synthesized or shared with other active client streams.
3. Verification & Compliance Protocols
In strict adherence to enterprise corporate standards and international data regulations:
- We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize your corporate identity or contact data to third-party marketing brokers.
- Third-party access is restricted exclusively to essential financial underwriting services (such as our payment gateway, Stripe) to process secure, contractual invoices for your selected billing tier (Essential, Advanced, or Strategic).
4. Continuous Data Purging & Retention
- For active contractual partners, data is retained safely within your private client hub only for the duration of the active billing lifecycle to ensure continuous speed and deployment advantages.
- Upon formal termination of an advisory agreement, a systematic, secure data wipe is initiated. All uploaded project logs, validation parameters, and internal diagnostic outputs are permanently erased from our primary application databases.
